Class Description: Come create a Valentine cake to share with someone special on Valentines day. Follow our design or create your own with an edible personalized heart topper.
Our Valentine Cake Decorating Class is perfect for the beginner decorator or anyone that wants to learn more hands-on tips and tricks on their decorating journey.
Have you already taken our Beginner Class? This class is for you! Take another class to practice the skills you have learned, along with learning how to create a watercolor buttercream effect and new piping techniques.
You will be assembling & decorating a 5" single tiered cake. I will teach you the basics for creating a solid cake foundation for any celebration, along with some fun new buttercream techniques and designs.
What you will learn:
-basics of buttercream
-level/torte and fill a cake
-crumbcoat a cake
-ice a buttercream cake
-learn a buttercream watercolor technique
-multiple piping techniques
-multiple design options
-many tips and tricks for success
Just bring yourself! All products and tools will be provided for you. You will leave this class with your boxed cake.
Class includes one complimentary drink + option to purchase.
Prior experience is not necessary. This class is ideal for ages 12+. Younger children must be accompanied with a paid adult.
*optional purchase: If you would like to continue your new cake decorating hobby, you may purchase your decorating supply kit at the end of the class.
